Dear Member of the HELP Network,

The tender notice for the provision of services of consultancy on curricula development on European human rights standards in the framework of the project HELP in the 28 has been published both on the website of the Council of Europe and Eurobrussels.

In the framework of HELP in the 28, the Council of Europe is looking for consultants to provide assistance in the development of curricula on:

-          Fight against racism, xenophobia and homophobia,

-          Data protection and privacy rights,

-          Labour rights,

-          Right to the integrity of the person.

The deadline for application is 2 March 2015.

All the relevant information concerning the project, the expected services, the eligibility and award criteria are available on the CoE and Brussels websites.
